PATIENT REGISTRATION PROCESS

Visit the Doctor on Call portal address, follow the instructions and select ‘New
Provider’. These are the 5 main things you will need to be registered:

   1. Your first and last name
   2. Email Address

Patient Payment Process

Patients will be able to pay for their encounter using a VISA Debit/Credit, Master Card or American Express. For patients who do not already have a Card, Doctor on Call will assist in your getting a card through Jamaica National. With them you will receive a card which you can top-up at select locations.
